There are TWO forms available:
1. Printable version where you can WRITE in your info. Bring this to the park on your first night to play. 2. Digital version that is fillable. Type in your info and email it to [email protected]

STEP 2: PAY YOUR Fees
Pay by CASH, CHECK, or CREDIT CARD.
STEP 3: Submit your registration form

To submit, choose ONE of the following....
- E-mail it to [email protected] - Turn it in opening night *Players who have NOT submitted a registration form with a signed waiver CAN NOT PLAY until the form is submitted.*

TO BE INCLUDED IN THE DRAFT, YOU MUST DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING...
Submit a registration form no later than February 27th.
Communicate your intent to play to your coach from last year.
Email the league your intent to play ([email protected])
*NEW PLAYERS: You must submit a completed registration form by February 27th.
**RETURNING PLAYERS: Failing to let BASS know of your intent to play means you will not be included in the draft, and your late placement on a team will be based on availability.
